“With a new, flagship building under construction, we engaged with The Property Marketing Strategists to lead the content creation strategy to enable us to successfully market this new property. Throughout the process, they coordinated all relevant parties seamlessly to capture showflat photography, building photography, Matterport and videography to provide us with a bank of content to use when marketing to students. We are delighted with the end result and feel the in-depth understanding TPMS had about the target audience and university sector gave us imagery that really met the brief.”

Room staging, Project Management and Content Creation
The London School of Economics (LSE) approached The Property Marketing Strategists (TPMS) to coordinate a portfolio of content to support the launch of Robeson House, a brand-new postgraduate accommodation building in London. Designed to exemplify the next generation of student living, Robeson House required a mature and sophisticated marketing approach to reflect both its purpose-built design and the expectations of an international postgraduate audience.
To ensure the marketing assets captured the essence of the building, TPMS coordinated every stage of the creative process:
Room staging – We researched sympathetic interior design solutions, created mood boards, and sourced accessories that balanced the industrial aesthetic of the flats with touches of warmth and identity. Careful attention was paid to weaving the heritage and brand identity of Robeson House into the styling whilst also considering the target audience.
Project Management – TPMS coordinated deliveries, unboxing, and full room styling to ensure spaces were ready for photography and videography, all while navigating the complexities of working on an active construction site.
Content Creation – Acting as creative directors, we worked closely with trusted photography and videography partners to deliver:
High-quality lifestyle imagery.
A series of Matterport virtual tours for international audiences.
Comprehensive coverage of both living spaces and communal social areas.
With the completion of construction, we returned to capture the full range of internal and external spaces, ensuring prospective residents could experience the building virtually — vital given that most students would never visit in person before moving in.
Our work provided LSE, which has recently been named the top university in the UK by the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2026, with a complete suite of marketing assets that conveyed not just the physical space but the lifestyle and community of Robeson House.
