    CO-FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR

    Sarah has worked exclusively in the property industry within sales and marketing for 19 years. Working across award-winning residential developers, estate agency, proptech developers, student accommodation operators and BTR developers. 

    She has supported clients across the PRS sector including Student Roost, Quintain Living, iQ Student Accommodation, GSA and Torsion Group.

    In 2020 she was voted for as one of the UKs top 32 trailblazers in the residential property sector in Property Week.

    CO-FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR

    Deenie has over 18 years of experience in senior marketing roles. Focusing on results, she is passionate about understanding a business' goals and developing an effective strategy to meet and exceed targets. She was part of the team which led the growth of Campus Living Village’s (CLV) UK arm from 1,000 to 16,000 beds and one of the top five student accommodation brands in the country.

    Deenie is passionate about brand, technology, data and people. Working with organisations to build teams, develop junior marketers and growing and establishing new departments, products or services.

    MARKETING SPECIALIST

    Fay is an accomplished expert in PR & Influencer Marketing, boasting extensive global experience. She kickstarted her career at Estée Lauder, gaining valuable insights, and subsequently honed her skills through various roles at reputable PR Agencies in London. Her expertise further flourished when she ventured into freelance consulting, leading the PR & Influencer Marketing Strategy for Mauli Rituals and Code8 Beauty.

    Fay leverages her exceptional skill set to elevate brands and garner recognition. Her forte lies in crafting innovative PR & Social Strategies, collaborating with Press and Influencers, and curating compelling social media content that effectively communicates a brand's story across all channels.

  • Joanna Alsford

    MARKETING MANAGER

    Joanna has over 20 years of experience working in various marketing roles; both agency and client-side. She has worked for a professional body, university, marketing data company as well as marketing agencies.

    She has worked on numerous digital and print marketing campaigns - from brainstorming the initial creative concept, website design, copywriting and social media and everything in-between.

    Joanna manages the research projects, social media accounts and general marketing for TPMS.

    Bekki has a CIM qualification as well as years of experience working in marketing within the construction industry.

    With her strong skills in social media and digital marketing, as well as her natural organised approach, Bekki supports both our B2C and B2B clients.

    Bekki enjoys getting the best results and ensuring projects are done on-time and within budget.

    Hailing from the land of pasta and passion – Italy, Irene stumbled into the world of branding and marketing and never looked back. With a knack for adventure and a taste for diversity, she's dipped her toes into several industries.

    During her four-year stint in The Netherlands, Irene dove headfirst into property marketing & branding: from openings to creating vibrant communities in PBSA, coliving, and young professional spaces.

    She'd never say no to the challenge of understanding clients' needs and orchestrating strategies that hit all the right notes.
