With over 30 years of experience in student accommodation, we provided the expertise and experience to support UCAS in its product development of their commercial accommodation offering with particular focus on the PBSA sector. Initially, UCAS instructed the team to undertake a marketing review with the aim to identify areas where UCAS could generate more revenue from accommodation related products from their commercial partners.

MARKETING REVIEW

The review covered SEO, client and end-user digital journey, the sales process, competitor analysis and a full product review. The results were presented to the senior team who quickly identified areas that could be progressed in the short and long term.

WORKSHOP

A workshop with the wider team followed to progress areas with the different departments including comms plans, sales strategies and product development.

The project is now evolving further into the marketing of the accommodation products which our team is leading.
