1. By entering the free prize draw you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

2. This prize draw is only available to participants who complete the Student Accommodation Survey 2023.

3. This offer is only applicable to You as the participant.

4. All participants who complete the survey and fill in their email address will be added into the prize draw. If you would like to opt out of the prize draw at any time, you can email info@propertymarketingstrategists.co.uk

5. The prize draw winner will be drawn at random.

6. The prize is non-refundable, and non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered to the winner.

7. Only one entry into the prize draw per qualifying applicant will be permitted.

8. TPMS accepts no responsibility for surveys not successfully completed during the entry period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software hardware failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

9. One Apple Watch GPS SE 40mm in midnight with a rubber strap will be provided as a prize.

11. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.

12. TPMS reserves the right to withdraw, change or extend this prize draw at any time.

13. The prize winner will receive their watch by post which will be tracked and will be required to be signed for.

The Prize Draw winner will be communicated with w/c 6th November via email.

If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second attempt at contact, they will lose their right to the prize, and TPMS reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
